Ingredients

  1. 4bati (already posted "bati in cooker")
  2. 2 tbspghee residue
  3. 2 tbspmixed dry fruits (crushed)
  4. 1/2 cuppowdered sugar

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Crush bati and take in a mixture jar. Blend it in a smooth powder.

  2. 2

    Make sure there is no hard particles in it.

  3. 3

    Now add ghee residue and blend again. So both mix together and if any hard particles are left they also blend.

  4. 4

    Pour it in a large bowl add sugar boora and crushed dry fruits. Mix well.

  5. 5

    Make laddu and serve.
