  • frozen peach
  • Monin Peach syrup
  • Fresh peach
  • fresh mint
  • Shiratama dango (opitonal)
  • condence milk (optional)
  • Ice shaving machine

    Shave the frozen milk and frozen peach. I use this machine which I got at: https://amzn.to/2BAOKHg You could order from the UK and it arrived only four days from Japan. You also need a converter like this https://amzn.to/31P2mcq

    Decorate with fresh peach, shiratama dango and mint leaf etc and pour the Monin syrup. Serve immediately.
