In a pan add butter and almonds.. Roast the Almonds for few minutes on a medium flame...

Crush the 70 g of roasted almonds...

In a bowl add cream and beat it well...

Then add condensed milk,vanilla essence & milk and beat it until well combine the mixture...

Then add crushed Almonds in this mixture and mix it...

In a container pour this mixture and let it cool in a freezer for at least 6 hours...

In a pan add sugar and Rest of the roasted almonds..

Cook it on low flame until sugar disolve and it's colour get light brown..

Let the caramel cool..

Sprinkle the crushed caramel on ice cream..

Tasty Yummy Almond Ice Cream is ready to serve..
