1 table spoonyeast
1 teaspoonbaking powder
1/2 cupsugar
1/2 teaspoonsalt

Wash and soak the rice overnight.Blend it until smooth

Add yeast and allow to Rise

Add sugar, salt and baking powder

Greece your non stick pan with a little oil,pour the batter and cook on a low heat
