Steps

First we make the stuffing of the potatoes. Heat oil in the pan put all species along with green chili,saute for a min and put the meshed potatoes.

Mix nicely,mash them and in the last mix the panner and mix nicely.

Keep the stuffing aside and let them cool.

Now we start with our tomatoes.

Cut the top little of the tomato and deseed them.

Now out them direct on the flame,roll them slowly and gently.the covering start cracking and coming out.

Peel them very gently as they become very soft at thus stage.

Now fill the stuffing and microwave them for a minute before serving to make them warm.

Your tomatoes are ready 😊
