11/2 cupflour
11/2 cupsugar
1/3 cupcocoa powder
1/4 tspbaking powder
1 tspbaking soda
1/2 cupoil
1/2 cuphot water
1/2 cupmilk
2eggs

Add all ur wet ingredients in a clean container

Add all ur dry ingredients in a separate bowl
3

Add d dry ingredients bit by bit into d wet ingredients until all d dry ingredients is exhausted and get a smooth mixture
4

Put ur mixture in d cups more than half and bake for 15-20mins... depending on ur oven
