2 bowlsBoiled sweetcorn
2 tbspinstant mix soup mixture
1 tbspcheese
1 tbspgarlic finely chopped
2 tbspcorn flour
Ass per taste Salt
Handfulfresh coriander leaves
1 tbspSugar

Firstly divide the sweet corn into two equal portions and crush 1 portion in a mixture jar.

Now heat a saucepan add little oil add finely chopped garlic, let it saute for few minutes and add boiled, sweet corn and saute it for a minute.

Now add 5 cup water, add instant soup, mix powder only then add 2 tbsp crushed sweet corn, salt, sugar and cheese. Now cook it till it comes to a boil.

Now take cornflour and add some water in it make a slurry and add in soup or makes thick consistency add fresh coriander and serve a hot.
