Ingredients

  • 1/2 kgboiled managu
  • 1big onion
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tspGinger garlic paste
  • 2big tomatoes

Steps

  1. 1

    Saute the onions then add in the ginger garlic paste. let cook for a minute

  2. 2

    Add in the tomatoes, season, and let cook to a paste.

  3. 3

    Add boiled managu and give a good mix

  4. 4

    Serve with ugali
