Add mashed potatoes to a pot, and heat, add cheese and flour, and water if necessary. Stir constantly. I spiced mine with cumin, paprika, garlic, horseradish and black pepper. Goes well with beer, chips, toast. Whatever. Enjoy this cheesy ball of awesome.
