Ingredients

30 minutes
5 servings
  • 500 mlmilk
  • 2 tspvinegar
  • 1 cupsugar
  • 1/2 tspsaffron strands
  • Pinchyellow food color
  • 3 tspcornflour
  • cubesas required Ice
  • As required Chopped dry fruits (almond and pistachios)
  • 2 tspcardomon powder

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    First of all heat a pan and add milk in it take 2 boils and switch off the flame when milk temperature is lukewarm add 2 tsp vinegar and water and make loose paneer.

    This time add ice cubes and water to make it cold.

  3. 3

    Take a strainer and cover with a cotton fabric and drain the excess milk and water

  4. 4

    After the process, we get crumbled paneer mash it properly for 6 to 8 minutes and add some cornflour and make a little ball and press it after the step

  5. 5

    Heat a pan and add 2 cups sugar and 4 cups water just gave one boil and add the rosogulla and boil it for 15 minutes

  6. 6

    Let's make a rabdi. Heat a pan add 250 ml milk and gave one boil now add some saffron yellow food colour cardamon powder almond and pistachios half one cup sugar.

  7. 7

    Now it's time to make rosgulla cool and dip in the rabdi.

  8. 8

    After 5 to 6-hours rosgulla absorb the rabdi now serve the colorful ras malai rosgulla rabdi.
