  • 4eggs
  • 1/2large onion
  • 1Green pepper
  • 2scotch bonnets
  • Seasoning
  • Spices
  • 1large tomatoe
  • 3 tbspoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut your vegetables

    In a pan, add oil and onions. Stir fry for 2mins

    Add scotch bonnets, seasonings and spices.

  4. 4

    Add the vegetables and continue stirring

    Add beaten eggs and let it cook for 3mins then flip to other side

    Let it cook evenly and serve with any meal of choice 😋
