Ingredients

  • 8eggs
  • Grated onions
  • Grated scotch bonnet
  • Seasoning
  • Oil

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl, break 6 eggs and add in onion, seasoning & onions, cover and allow steam.once done, cut into bite size pieces.

  2. 2

    Break in the other 2 eggs, add in seasoning, onions & beat. Dip in the pieces of steamed egg and fry in hot oil.

  3. 3

    Serve with a pepper sauce, hot tea & enjoy😋
