Dark chocolate is my favourite and I wanted to make some healthy sweets with dark chocolate to celebrate the coming chocolate day. So I made these healthy oat cookies with dark chocolate and mint. The flavour of mint and dark chocolate is heavenly. I simply like that flavour. I used homemade dry mint powder to add the minty flavour to the cookies. They are really very delightful and healthy sweet with a little bitter taste from the dark chocolate. If you don't like the bitterness of dark chocolate, you can use milk chocolate instead.

  10. 10

Line a baking tray with baking paper or sheet.
