Steps

Take a plate. Put the whole wheat flour and Chickpea Flour. Add salt and sugar to taste. Add 1 tsp Ajawain.

Chop the onion and garlic cloves. Add them as well.

Add water slowly and start kneading the dough.

Rest the dough for 20 minutes after kneading.

Make balls out of the dough.

Roll parathas from the dough.
- 7
Brush ghee/oil in pan. Fry the paratha.

Serve with curd or curry of your choice.
