Ingredients

2 tbspinstant coffee
800 mlboiling water
200 mlcoconut milk
6 scoopvanilla ice cream
1 cupsugar
2 cupice

Steps

Brew the instant coffee with 800ml boiling water. Put aside and let it cool.

Bring to boil 200ml coconut milk with low heat and keep stirring. When it’s about to boil, turn the heat off and let it cook.

Add the ice into blender. Pour the coffee, coconut milk, sugar and vanilla ice cream. Blend it until smooth.
4

Serve over the ice
