Add vinegar in like warm milk mix it and keep aside

Seive all dry ingredients in mixing bowl

In mixing bowl take oil add sugar mix it properly now add dry ingredients in wet ingredients in batches add buttermilk and mix it cut and fold method pour batter into greased pan tap it to release air bubbles bake it preheated oven at 180degrees for 40 minutes or toothpick test pass

Cool it

Heat cram add chocolate in and stir it till chocolate melts

Now cut cake in slices take one of them on cake board soak it with sugar syrup apply whipped cream cover it with other slice soak it and crumb coat keep it in fridge for hour

Now apply truffle on cake and make rossets keep it in fridge for cool

Ready to serve.
