  • 1 cupbasmati rice (soaked)
  • 1 tspoil or vinegar
  • 4-5Laung (Cloves)
  • badiyan flower 1small
  • pieceGinger small

    In pot,add oil,or vinegar,cloves,badiyan flower and piece of ginger mix well. stir it.

  2. 2

    Cover it with the lid
    - After 15 minutes check the rice
    - Perfect rice is ready to be served with sabat green daal with Achar...
