Here's a simple and easy version of traditional Mango Matka Kulfi recipe with milkmaid or condensed milk and full cream milk which is typically served as a dessert after dinner. Traditionally it is prepared by boiling milk till it reduces to half.

Here's a simple and easy version of traditional Mango Matka Kulfi recipe with milkmaid or condensed milk and full cream milk which is typically served as a dessert after dinner. Traditionally it is prepared by boiling milk till it reduces to half.

Heat up the milk in heavy bottom vessel and add milkmaid and bring it to boil. Turn off the flame and let it cool down completely.

Once cooled, add roughly chopped mangoes to the cooled milk mixture and blend together to a smooth puree.

Add some small pieces of mangoes to the puree and mix well. Pour the mixture in the matka.

Put some small pieces of mangoes on top, cover with silver foil and keep it in deep freezer for 6 to 8 hrs or overnight to set.

Garnish with fresh mint leaves and enjoy chilled delicious Mango Matka Kulfi.
