Chop onion, tomato, green chilli, mix well with dosa batter, add chopped Kotmir and dill leaves and chana dal, heat an appe pan, coat with oil, put 1tbs batter into each mold, cover and cook on one side, after 3 to4 min turn over and cook the other side,

Serve hot with chutney or sauce.
