Mix together a cup of sooji and curd to form a flowing consistency

Add chopped carrot, green chili, onion, peas and coriander leaves

Add salt, chili powder, masala

Add 1 pinch of baking soda

Add water if required

Keep it aside for 10 minutes

Grease appa pan and pour the batter

Cover and cook from one side fpr 3-4 minutes

Change the side and cook for 2-3 minutes

Serve with green chutney or imlee chutney
