Bharat (Roasted Aubergine)

This Indian recipe is something that I have so far only found in my home. It's a non spicy version of Baigan Bharta and my favorite in the summers as it provides the soothingness.
It is usually prepared as a side dish but can be definitely also had as a main vegetable along with some rotla/ chapati.

Steps
- 1
Make some slits on the aubergine and roast it on the gas uniformly.

Once done, let it cool down for 10-15 mins and then remove the skin completely.
- 3
In a bowl, take the yogurt and whisk it to smooth. Chop/mash the aubergine in small cubes.
