In a big bowl, mash bananas with the help of a fork. Now add vegetable oil, sugar and vanilla essence to it and mix very well.

Sieve plain flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt together. Now add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients. mix everything well.

Now add 2 tbsp of milk and chocolate chip to the mixture and mix again.

Grease a baking tin and pour the mixture in the tin. Bake banana bread in the preheated oven at 180 degree for 30 minutes. Check with the help of a toothpick or a knife that if it is done. If the knife comes out clean it means the bread is baked. (I am making three loaves so I have multiplied the ingredients by three times but you can make one loaf from this recipe)

Take the tin out of the oven and leave it for 10 minutes. Now take out the banana bread on a wire rack and leave it to cool at room temperature. Cut into pieces and store in an airtight container.
