Steps

Take spinach, wash, clean and cut, garlic, tejpatta and Ginger.

Boil it in a Pan.

Made the paste in a mixing jar.

Keep aside the paste.

Now take the rice, wash, clean and boil for 5 minutes in a pan.

Only half cook and stir it's water.

Now take a pan, add tejpal and cloves in pure ghee and make tadka.

Add spinach paste and give a boil for 5 minutes.

Add all masale and again cook for five minutes on low flame.

Add rice,mix it well and again cook for 5 minutes on low flame.

Our green pulao is ready.

Decorate it and serve it with curd.
