2sweet potatoes(peeled and chopped)
2large russet potatos
Oil for frying
1/2 stickbutter
to tasteSalt and pepper
1 lbground meat cooked and drained

Fry up ground meat, drain and set to the side

Peel and chop up potatoes and sweet potatoes
3

In skillet add oil and butter then add tater mix and fry till taters are soft salt and pepper to taste. Once soft serve taters with meat on top and enjoy

my grandmother taught me how to cook like they did back during the great depression so that mixed with me needing quick meals that can be diabetic friendly so i mix the 2 and come up with some yummy stuff.
