Wash the foreign rice with salt and cook until it is soft, set aside

Wash the tuwon shinkafa thoroughly. Ina bucket add the tuwon shinkafa, cooked rice and a tea spoon of yeast and blend

After its all blended, add a tea spoon of yeast and baking powder to it, mix well and cover, set aside for atleast 30mins

After its swells mix well and add sugar and salt to it
- 5
Place your pan on fire, add a little oil to it and fry
