Place the risen donut dough on a floured surface and roll it out with a rolling pin. The dough should be about 1/2-inch thick.

Cut donuts with useing the donut cutter or any cookie cutter.

Apply some oil on tray then dust some plain flour.

Place the donut shapes on a greased tray for a second rise. This time you'll only need 30 minutes.

While the donuts are rising a second time, heat up the oil and fry donuts on medium heat. Flip the donuts after 1 minute or until light golden.

Cool completely, make a hole with sharp knife.

Fill with chocolate ganach.

Roll in icing sugar.
