In the current pandemic and protective situation, it was a family decision that store bought cookies would be avoided for 6 months. Thus I took it upon me to try baking cookies at home which became a super heat among flat-mates and neighbours. So sharing one simple recipe with you friends.

In the current pandemic and protective situation, it was a family decision that store bought cookies would be avoided for 6 months. Thus I took it upon me to try baking cookies at home which became a super heat among flat-mates and neighbours. So sharing one simple recipe with you friends.
Steps

Keep the butter out of the refrigerator for 1/2 hr
- 2
Add salt and sugar to it and mix well and make a smooth paste. Add the nigella too.

Add the flour slowly and knead into a manouverable dough
- 4
Roll the dough out and cut into shape and place in greased baking tray
- 5
Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes
