Ingredients

1 cupmaize/ makai flour
1/2 cupMaida (All-purpose flour)
1 tsphaldi (Turmeric)powder
1/2 tsporegano
2 tbspoil
to tasteSalt

Steps

1

Knead maize & maida, oregano, salt & oil with water.
Keep aside for 15 minutes.

Roll into circle like roti, prick it using a fork.
Cut triangular pieces & fry.

Serve with salsa or cheese sauce.
