  • 1/2 kgbhindi (ladyfinger)
  • 4Onion
  • 2Green chilli
  • To tasteSalt
  • 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  • 1 tsphaldi( Turmeric) powder
  • 1 tspDhaniya(coriander) powder
  • 1/2 tspgaram masala
  • 1 tspamchur(dry mango) powder
  • 4 tspoil

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    In a pan add oil

  2. 2

    Add onion

  3. 3

    Add green chillies

  4. 4

    Stir it

  5. 5

    Add ladyfinger, stir it

  6. 6

    Add salt,lal mirch,haldi and dhaniya powder

  7. 7

    Cover it on slow flame

  8. 8

    After 10 minutes check if ladyfinger become soft,add amchur and garam masala

  9. 9

    Ready to serve
