First in a pan, roast the cashews and raisins and keep it aside. In the same ghee, add grated coconut and roast well till it becomes slightly golden brown. To this add 1 egg, scramble it and mix it with the coconut. To this, add sugar, cardamom powder and the roasted cashews and raisins and mix well.

Now peel the skin of the banana and slit it lengthwise to stuff the mixture. Now to the all-purpose flour, add water and salt to form a paste to seal the mixture. Apply the paste on the cut portion of the banana so that mixture doesn't come out while frying as shown in the picture.

In a kadai, heat the oil, and fry the bananas one by one and fry till golden brown. Stuffed banana is ready!!!
