Ingredients

15 minutes

2 servings

3large potatoes
Matar alu gajar ki sabzi 3 tbsp or peas and carrots 2 tbsp each
Chicken shredded 2 tbsp (optional)
1/4 tspBlack pepper
1/4 tspRed chilli flakes
as neededSalt
1Egg
Breadcrumbs as required
Oil for frying

Simply mash all the ingredients together.

Add spices and bind well

Make kebabs from the batter. Dip in egg then in bread crumbs

Shallow fry until golden
