Ingredients

  • 1/4 kgkarela (sliced and marinate with turmeric and salt)
  • 1 cupsliced onion
  • 2green chillies chopped
  • 2tomatoes chopped
  • To tssteSalt
  • 1/4 tspTurmeric powder
  • 1 tspoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Marinate karela at least for 1/2 hour and wash it

    Take a pan add all ingredients and cook on flame for 10-15 minutes... Your easiest karela bhaji is ready to serve... Serve with chapati
