Ingredients

60- 90 minutes
6 serving
  • 2 litrefull cream milk
  • 150 gmsugar
  • 2 tsplemon juice

Steps

60- 90 minutes
  1. 1

    Boil the milk in heavy bottem pan.

  2. 2

    Boil untill it's reduce 1/4.

  3. 3

    Add lemon juice.

  4. 4

    Put the sugar. Untill it's turned brown in colour.

  5. 5

    Grease the pot. Put the milk in it. Keep it in the fridge. For 5-6 hours.

  6. 6

    Remove from pot. Cut into pieces.
