Mangodi is one of the most demanding food during winter & rainy season in North India 🇮🇳
I just added small change in it by adding different kind of daal.
Steps

Take big bowl and wash kind of daal 4-5 times and soak it for 5-6 hours. (You can take any dal of your choice and quantity also you can change as you want).

After 5-6 hours, transfer soaked daal to strainer to remove to remove water completely.

Once water is removed take grinder add these daal, green chilli, ginger, black pepper, sonf & jeera and grind them coarsely. (Do not add water)

Now transfer to a bowl, add chopped onions, coriander leaves, salt & pinch of hing. Mix it very well. (If you feel it's watery then add 1tsp besan for binding else not required)

Heat the oil, and fry them on medium flame. Serve with chutney and green chilli. Enjoy your rainy season evening snacks!!!

Note -
1. Before grinding make sure water is filtered completely.
2. While grinding don't add water.
