Lassi is most famous drink in Punjab. We often make lassi during hot summers, and when dry fruit is added to this, the taste is double.
Cooking Instructions

In a bowl or pan, take 2 cups fresh chilled curd, with a madani(wooden hand blender) or blender or wired whisk just mix the curd till it becomes smooth.

Add milk or water it's your choice, now add sugar, dry fruit and mix well with help of hand blender or wired whisk, till sugar dissolve. And then you can see forty layer on top.

Add cardamom powder if you like else skip this step.

Now pour lassi in glass or kullad add more dry fruit. And you can add milk fresh cream (malayi) or butter (unsalted). Enjoy your lassi.
