  • Fresh herbs (such as mint, cilantro, and lettuce)
  • Pork
  • Shrimp
  • Fresh rice vermicelli noodles
  • Rice paper wrappers
  • Fermented anchovy dipping sauce (mắm nêm), garlic, chili, lime

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Boil the pork.

  2. 2

    Remove the heads and shells from the shrimp, then boil the shrimp.

  3. 3

    Wash the fresh herbs.

  4. 4

    Mix the fermented anchovy sauce with chili, garlic, sugar, and lime to taste. Serve and enjoy!
