  • 1/2 cupchana dal soaked 3hrs
  • as neededoil for frying
  • 2onion chopped
  • 5-6Garlic cloves
  • 1green chilli
  • 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • 2 tspCurry leaves
  • 2 tspcoriander leaves chopped
  • 1/2 tspCorn flour
  • 1 cupBread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup green chutney
  • 1/4 cupTamarind chutney

    Blend the chana dal smoothly

    Pour in bowl add other ingredients as well and mix it well

    Now make round roll and fry them not fully just little brown & cut into halves

    Fry them again & make fully golden brown
