1/2 kgChicken boti cut
1/2 cupYogurt
Onion 2 cut into pieces
5-6Green chillie
1 tbspGinger garlic paste
to tasteSalt
1 tspChicken powder
1palm full of cashew nuts
Almond 8-10 or more for garnish

First wash the chicken and set aside.

Heat oil in a pan and add curry leaves,cloves and whole chillies in it.

Now add chicken in it and rest it for change the color of chicken.

Now in blender add onion,yogurt,green chillie, ginger garlic paste, cashew nuts and almonds and blend all this and make a smooth paste.

NOw add this mixture in chicken and also add salt and chicken powder in it and mix well.

After few min now add coconut milk in it and let it cook till chicken get tender(pl don’t over cook)

When chicken done close the stove and dish out chicken curry and garnish with almonds,boiled eggs and serve with bread.
