Cut cheese into cubes. Take a bowl. Add 2 tsp corn starch, 1 tsp refined flour, Salt, ½ tsp black pepper powder. mix them all. Add cheese cubes to it and mix it well.

Take another bowl with water. Dip cheese cubes in it and again dip in corn starch mixture. Then deep fry these coated cubes.

Take a pan. Add 1 tsp oil. Add chopped garlic, and onion, capsicum cubes to it. Cook it for 1 minutes. Add chopped green chili and cook it for 30 seconds.

Add fried cheese cubes to it. And add the corn slurry in it. (Take a bowl add 1 tsp corn starch, 1 tsp soya sauce, 1 cup water, ½ tsp red chilli sauce and mix then all together. Ensure that there is no lumps.). Cook it for about 2 minutes and your cheese chilli is ready.
