2maggi cubes nd curry
Nylon nd oil

Peel potatoes and dice into small cubes, nd cook for 20mins

Break 2 eggs in a container,add onions nd scotch bonnet with curry nd maggi nd tie in a nylon

Cook for 20mins and allow it to cool down completely, divide it into desired sizes nd dip inside and fry until golden brown
