Chicken half kg
2 packetAchar gosht or Fri gohst masla
3 spoonVinegar
Salt as you wish
3 spoonYoghurt
Red chilli flakes
Oil half cup

First wash chicken and dry.

In bowl add masala packet or vinegar or add yoghurt.mix well add chicken mix well and leave 30 minutes in freezer.

Use stick add chicken Boti one by one and fry in pan 2 side in slow flame

Enjoy easy Tikka Boti.
