Cook bacon over medium heat. Add onion and pepper. Cook 3 min. Add tomato, pepper, salt and cook until bacon is crisp. Add eggs and mix well.

Divide eggs among tortillas. Top each w hot sauce and cheese. Roll each burrito up. Serve w salsa.
