Marinate half kg chicken with half kg yoghurt 3 tablespoons tandoori masala 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
Cook it in 4 tablespoon oil and give coal smoke - 2
Cut the vegetables in small cubes
Add 2 tablespoon oil in a pan fry 1 teaspoon garlic paste and 1 teaspoon red chillie flakes. Then add all the vegetables and stir fry them on high flame add 1 tablespoon chilli sauce/hot sauce and 2 tablespoon soya sauce. - 3
Give coal smoke and keep aside

Boil rice, fry 1 teaspoon garlic chopped and 1 teaspoon red chillie flakes for a minute in a pan, add salt and 2 tablespoons soya sauce and put this mixture in boiled rice and Mix well.

Assembling:-
Grease an oven proof dish with little oil, add rice in the bottom layer, then vegetables and then add chicken at the top layer. - 6
Take mayonese,add ketchup and make a sauce. Pour this sauce over chicken and bake it in a pre heated oven for 5 minutes and serve hot.
