Rohu Fish Curry

First clean the fish with enough water then add there salt and haldi powder. Mix it well or coat it properly. Now Switch on the gas stove and place a Kadhai and pour some oil there and fry the fish from both the sides. When it is done then bring them out on a plate and keep them aside.

Now in the same kadhai if required add more oil then add there ginger, garlic and red chilli paste and fry it for 5 mins in a medium flame. Now add haldi powder, red chilli powder and salt and again fry the masala. Now add tomato puree to it and cook it for 5 mins in a low flame. Cover the lid of the kadhai. Now add fryied fish to it and leave one fish for Garnishing our plate. After 5 min add water and fish masala and cook it for 15 mins in a low flame and cover the lid of the kadhai.

After 15 mins check the fish. Add 1/2 teaspoon of garam masala powder with 1/2 teaspoon of ghee and add coriander leaves and turn off the gas stove. Then enjoy it with hot...hot steam 🍚.
