1onion chopped
1tomato chopped
1capsicum chopped
1green chilli chopped
To tastesalt
To tasteblack pepper
1/3 tspred chilli powder

1pouch eno

Steps

Take a bowl add semolena,curd,salt,black pepper and mix well and make the batter with the help of water.

Now add onion,tomato,green chilli,capsicum and mix well.

Now add eno and mix well.

Now grease the idli stand and batter and bake it for 3 mints.

Idli is ready to be serve.
