1 glass of water,1glass rice flour and mix it really well

Once it mix really well..make a dough of it.

Now crush jaggery and mix it with coconut crush and cook it for the time until the jaggery melts really well.

Once this mixture is ready let it cool down for some time.

Now make small puri of the dough and stuff the mixture in it and let it steam.

Once it is steamed well let it cool down and then you can serve it
