Grilled Chicken In White Pepper Sauce

Pat the chicken pieces dry to remove excess water. Place the chicken in a large bowl. now put everything mentioned under marination and mix to combine well with chicken pieces.

Now marinate chicken breasts (cut in half, length wise) for at least 2 hours.

I grilled chicken pieces in a non-stick pan. Place the chicken pieces on the grill, being careful not to overlap them. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, until the juices run clear.
You can also grill them in the oven also at 220 degree C for 12-15 minutes.Take them out or switch off the gas when the top is browned and the chicken looks cooked. - 4
Remove the grilled chicken pieces from the pan and allow the chicken to rest before serving.

Now we will prepare Cream Pepper Sauce. For this heat a pan. Add butter and then onion and capsicum. saute onion for few seconds and then add crushed pepper, chicken masala, garlic paste, brown sugar, salt, tomato paste. Give it a mix putting little water.

At last pour Amul cream. Give it a mix. Cover it, for seasoning and after few seconds it is done.

Arrange chicken pieces on serving plate. Pour the pepper cream sauce and serve with Toast, Garlic bread or parantha.
