My aatya used to make this for me. Thought I would give it a try.
Steps

Take a non-stick pan and add in ghee, potato and coconut. Mix them well.

Add in sugar and again mix ir continuously for 15-20 min on low heat.

Add in cardamom powder and mix till the mixture is dry.

Pour the mixture on a greased plate and let it cool down. Once cooled cut into pieces. You can garnish with pistachio and almonds.
