Ingredients

  • 1 cupmaida/All-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup Sooji/Semolina
  • 1 cupSugar
  • 2 tspCurd
  • 2 tspFennel seeds (Dip in water for 1 hour)
  • As neededGhee for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    First of all..Take a bowl.. Add maida, sooji, sugar, curd and fennel seeds(strain the water)..Mix all ingredients well and keep aside for 1 hour...

  2. 2

    Heat Desi ghee in a pan, With the help of spoon take the batter into hot ghee and deep fry until golden brown and crisp from both the sides.....

  3. 3

    Serve Hot with Chilled rabri or tea

    Enjoy malpuas (without sugar syrup)....
