In a saucepan mix the water and flour until well combined and there are no lumps.

Heat up the mixture on high while continuously stirring with a wooden spoon until the porridge starts to boil and thickens. Reduce the heat and let it simmer partly covered for 10 minutes. If the mixture is too thick, add hot water. If too thin, add more flour mixed in water.

Add the sugar and simmer for another minute. Serve and enjoy.
